Europe proposes increasing the maximum authorized mass (MMA) of the B license to 4250 kg.

Great news for road trip enthusiasts! The European Parliament has approved an exciting proposal that will revolutionize your motorhome travels. From 2025, you will be able to drive motorhomes weighing up to 4,250 kg with your category B driving license, provided it has been held for at least two years.

This new regulation, proposed by the European Caravanning Federation, expands adventure possibilities by allowing you to enjoy larger and better-equipped motorhomes, regardless of their powertrain. Whether electric, hybrid, hydrogen fuel cell, or traditional combustion engine, you can explore every corner of the Canary Islands with complete freedom.

Previously, the required license for motorhomes over 3,500 kg was a C1 license, but thanks to this new legislation, you can drive them with your B license. Even if you decide to tow a trailer up to 750 kg, as long as the combined weight does not exceed 4,250 kg, you can drive it with a B96 license.

In short, get ready for an unparalleled travel experience in the Canary Islands with our rental vans! Whether you're a seasoned adventurer or a novice traveler, our fleet is ready to take your next adventure to the next level!
