I'll describe my experience. We came to the island years ago with a caravan and wanted to return, but we wanted something small, so we rented a campervan with a large bed and an extra one. We didn't rent it from another (previously known) place because they were out of stock. The day before our trip, they gave us a larger one because the one we rented was broken. On the first day, we woke up to a flat tire—a rather large bolt that we doubted we got on the highway. The insurance company we called was very helpful; they answered the phone from the mainland and were very friendly, arriving in about an hour and a half. We spent the morning fixing the flat tire. Otherwise, the trip was fine. The bunk bed was very uncomfortable; I wouldn't recommend it. But otherwise, it was good. The campervan was new, clean, and so on, although the bathroom always smelled bad. We ran a little water down it to try and mask the smell. Upon arrival, we emptied the tank several times, the grey water again that same morning, and the black water the night before. They charged us a €50 penalty, which we think is a high price, but we'll pay it. I think that if there's an option for in-person check-in and check-out, it's much better, and not having to take a taxi to pick it up yourself is also much better, since the round-trip fare is €17 each. If they do in-person check-in, you can talk to them and they can answer many questions that larger companies take for granted, questions that passengers already know. In short, our experience wasn't entirely positive; we would choose smaller, local companies again. Have a good trip and thank you. I'm responding to the owner's post. At no point did they offer me a refund; they only offered to cancel the reservation two days before arrival or give me back the van they had given me at no cost. They never sent me photos of the new van; they only gave me the option of a new one or canceling the reservation. I replied that we had booked vacation for those dates and that we obviously accepted the change (we had no other choice...). Furthermore, we picked up the van on a Friday at 2:00 PM and parked it 30 kilometers away without stopping. We didn't touch it at all until the following morning when we noticed a flat tire with a screw. We didn't stop or anything, so based on my experience and that of the person who helped us, we believe it had just come from a repair shop and gradually deflated throughout the day. And lastly, regarding the grey water, I ask if turning on the sink tap to wash a cloth counts as filling it up… well, never mind… and as for the black water, I already explained that I paid the €50 fee for using it from the night before (there's plenty of proof I emptied it) until the 11:30 am handover the next day, so I accept the cost since those are the handover rules I initially agreed to. I paid the fee for not emptying it on the day of handover. My advice to new users is to empty it and not touch the taps or the toilet again until checkout if you don't want additional costs. Don't heed the advice to empty it the day before as instructed; it's better to empty it completely and not touch it again before handing it over. I'm replying to the comment because there's some misinformation, and I think it's important as a user to tell the truth.

We rented a campervan for 5 days and we absolutely loved it. It was practically brand new, it felt amazing to drive, and the living area had everything we needed: spotless bathroom and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. First campervan experience and it couldn't have been better! The campervan was brand new. It's also beautiful and incredibly well-equipped: refrigerator, cabinets, bathroom, outdoor shower, a very comfortable bed, kitchen… If you're new to campervans, they provide tons of videos to show you how everything works. We thoroughly enjoyed it and honestly don't think there's a better way to see Fuerteventura. They even picked us up from the airport and were ready to send a taxi if we needed one. It was our first time and we were absolutely delighted! From the very first moment, they treated us wonderfully! The campervan is fantastic! It was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I slept better than in some hotels! I recommend it 100% and we'll definitely be back.

Perfect experience! The service during both the pickup and drop-off of the van was fantastic; they explained everything very clearly, and we would definitely use them again! In our case, we traveled with the Volkswagen Crafter, and it was a great choice. It's super comfortable for driving around the island and for getting to and from any point. It has both an indoor and outdoor shower, a gas stove, a sink, and a fairly large bed with an additional pull-out bed. We were delighted, and it's definitely a great option for exploring an island like Fuerteventura. Thank you so much, Vanvaz!!

Incredible experience with a VanVaz motorhome exploring the northern half of Fuerteventura for 4 days ☀️ Despite initial apprehension, as it was my first time in a motorhome and driving such a large vehicle, everything went smoothly (literally 😂). Mauri from VanVaz was always incredibly friendly and available to answer any questions. Excellent service and clear, simple explanations on how to charge the battery, empty the grey water tank, and fill the water tank 💦 We will definitely return in the future to explore the southern half of the island. 🌴

It was a perfect 10/10 experience. It was our first campervan trip and it was definitely the right choice! Mauri's service was fantastic; we felt well-advised every step of the way. The campervan has everything you need for a great trip. The bed is incredibly comfortable, by the way! We had a great experience at Vanvaz. Especially with Mauri, the guy who helped us! He deserves a lot of praise for putting up with so many questions 🤭 They're always willing to help and answer any questions about where to sleep and what to see on the island—a real lifesaver when you don't know the island well or feel unsure about sleeping there. We had a small problem on our end, and they helped us resolve it very quickly and efficiently. If they open on other islands, we'll definitely be booking our campervans with them! 🫶🏾 So keep it up, guys, and hopefully you'll expand soon!

My partner and I decided to have a different kind of getaway and looked at some options. When we saw the option of going to Ftv and renting a campervan, this company seemed very useful and interesting. From the moment we booked until we picked up the campervan, everything was very clear, with friendly and attentive service. The campervan was very well equipped, and the explanation of how to use and enjoy it was excellent. We went home delighted and eager to do it again soon. So we highly recommend it. Cheers! ☺️

We booked a motorhome from Tenerife over a month in advance. Everything was very easy through Yescapa, and the service from VanVaz was outstanding from day one. We also booked their airport pick-up and drop-off service, and everything was always on time. The guys were fantastic! The motorhome was in perfect condition and everything was comfortable. My partner, my daughter (9), and I rented one of their Crafter campervans for a week to explore Fuerteventura, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Vanvaz's service was impeccable, and the vehicle was sturdy and fully equipped.
