When do I have to pay?
To confirm your booking and reserve your camper, payment is made to 100% at the time of booking.
This way we guarantee that your VanVaz will be available on the dates you have chosen, without surprises.
How can I pay?
You can choose the shape that suits you best:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
All methods are safe and without additional costs.
What about the fines?
We know it's not ideal... but it can happen.
In case of fines (speed cameras, parking, etc.):
- A will be applied management fee of €39
This cost covers the administrative management with the authorities.
How does the deposit work according to my rate?
The deposit depends on the type of tariff you choose:
- BASIC
- Bail 800 €
- It is managed as a guarantee at the start of the trip
- Flex and Top
- They do not require a traditional bond.
With these rates, the process is faster and without prior restrictions.
What happens in case of damage or incidents?
In all cases, the process is clear and transparent:
- A damage assessment is carried out (workshop/estimate)
- You are informed in advance
- The corresponding charge is processed
In rates Flex and Top, If there is any incident, the amount will be handled directly through the associated card.
When is the deposit returned or is the process closed?
- After the return, the camper is checked.
- If everything is correct → no charge is made
- On the Basic tariff → the deposit is released (max. 48h)
In auto check-out, the review can be done later.
