Yes, we adapt to your trip.


Depending on the rate you have chosen, you can modify your booking under different conditions:

  • BASICDate change available at a cost of €80
  • Flex and TopFree change up to 72 hours before the start of the journey

Because we know plans can change… and we want to make it easy for you.

It's very simple:
Write to us at hola@vanvaz.com or contact your VanVaz advisor indicating:

  • Reservation number
  • Name of main tenant
  • Changes you wish to make

We will send you the new confirmation as soon as possible.

It depends on your plan:

  • BASIC: management fee of €80
  • Flex and TopFree exchange up to 72 hours before

If the new rental has a higher price, you will only pay the difference.
If it's a minor... there's no refund, but we'll give you a little something.

Yes, we want you to enjoy the process without worries.

  • You can perform up to 2 modifications up to 72 hours before the trip
  • After these changes, it will no longer be possible to cancel for free.

Cancellation

We know that plans sometimes change… and here it also depends on your rate:

  • Basic and Flex: they do not allow refunds
  • Top: allows refund*

The more flexibility you need, the more we recommend opting for the Top rate.

Just write to us at hola@vanvaz.com or your VanVaz advisor with:

  • Reservation number
  • Name of main tenant

And we'll take care of the rest.

We do not charge management fees, but the terms depend on your tariff:

  • Basic and Flex: do not include refund
  • Top: includes refund, except in case of no-show without notice

Yes, you can cancel them under the same conditions as your main booking, depending on the rate you purchased.

If your plan allows it (Top Plan):

  • It will be done using the same payment method used
  • If it was a bank transfer, we will need your IBAN

Damages and insurance

At VanVaz we want you to travel with peace of mind from minute one.

All our campers include insurance, but the level of coverage depends on the plan you choose:

  • BASIC
    • Basic coverage with a €1500 deductible for damages.
    • Bail 800 €
  • Flex
    • Basic coverage with a €1500 deductible for damages.
  • Top
    • Full coverage included (maximum peace of mind during your trip)

You choose the level of protection you want to travel with.

Basic coverage includes comprehensive insurance with €1,500 deductible for damages.

This means that, in the event of an incident, that would be the maximum amount to be covered.

If you prefer to reduce or eliminate that deductible, you can do so during the booking process.

Yes, you can travel with even greater peace of mind with our additional packages:

  • Advanced → reduces the franchise to 600 € (€15/day)
  • Complete → eliminates the franchise (0 €) (€25/day)

Recommended if you want to avoid unexpected events and travel without worries.

The Top rate is designed so you only have to worry about enjoying yourself:

  • No franchise worries
  • Greater protection against potential damage
  • A more comfortable and safe experience

It's the ideal option if you're looking to travel with complete peace of mind.

All our rates also include:

  • Liability insurance
  • Roadside assistance throughout Europe
  • Anti-theft protection

It depends on the rate you choose:

  • Basic and Flex: do not include refund
  • Top: includes possibility of refund*

If you want maximum protection before and during your trip, the ideal combination is Top rate + full coverage.

If you need extra coverage for personal reasons (illness, unforeseen events, etc.), you can take out an external insurance policy.

VanVaz reservation

Booking your VanVaz is just the first step… we'll guide you through the whole process.

Once you complete your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your trip (dates, model, amount, etc.).

From there, we will send you a series of emails so that you can complete your information before the trip:

  • Upload of ID card or identity document
  • Driver's license
  • Information required for the contract

This process is key to streamline check-in and check-out, and comply with regulations (just like in any tourist accommodation).

In addition, you will receive:

  • Video instructions for your camper model
  • Detailed information for collection
  • Direct contact with your VanVaz advisor (email or WhatsApp) to help you with everything you need

We have different models to suit your type of adventure:

  • Mini Camper
  • Maxi Camper
  • Desert Camper (high-end)

Prices vary depending on the model and season, with options available from €69.

In addition, you can choose the rate that best suits you:

  • BASIC: the most economical option
  • Flex: more comfort and flexibility
  • TopA complete and worry-free experience

You will find all the updated information on our website and in each vehicle listing.

Yes, and it also comes with a prize.

If you want to extend your adventure beyond 29 days, we will prepare a personalized proposal with special conditions.

Yeah:

  • Peak season: minimum 3 days
  • Off-season: minimum 2 days

Although we already warned you… you'll probably want to stay longer.

You can move between islands and experience it to the fullest.

There is only one condition:
You must return the camper to the same collection point.

If you're planning to travel between islands, tell us your route and we'll advise you.

To drive a VanVaz you need:

  • Have more than 25 years
  • Type B driving license with at least 1 year old

The additional driver is included in the fares. Flex and Top.

Yes, if you are coming from outside the EU:

  • You will need an international driving permit
  • And your original permit

The age and experience requirements are the same.

Collection and return

At VanVaz we adapt to your way of traveling.

Depending on the rate you choose, the process will be different:

  • Basic and Flex → Auto check-in
    Before your arrival:
    • We will ask you for documentation (ID card, driver's license, etc.)
    • You will complete everything online.

So, when you arrive:

    • Your camper will be ready outside our facilities.
    • You will have access via lock and code
    • You can pick it up at your own pace, even outside of business hours.
  • Top → In-person check-in
    • You will be greeted by a VanVaz advisor
    • He will explain the complete operation of the camper.
    • He will answer all your questions in person.

Whether you choose self check-in or in-person check-in, you will always have:

  • Explanatory videos of your model
  • Direct support via WhatsApp with our team
  • Standard check-in: from 2:00 PM

Any collection outside of these hours will incur an additional cost.

We recommend sticking to the schedule to optimize the cost of your booking

Our goal is for you to travel worry-free:

The return process is quick and easy, but there are a few important points:

  • Standard check-out: until 12:00
  • Outside of these hours → additional cost

It depends on your plan:

  • Basic and Flex
    • Return the camper clean (interior)
    • Fuel tank full
    • Water draining completed
  • Top
    • Post-trip cleaning included
    • You will only have to take care of emptying the water

We want you to enjoy every last moment, without unnecessary worries.

  • Basic and Flex → Auto check-out
    • You leave the camper as instructed
    • Our team will inspect the vehicle later.
  • Top → In-person check-out (during business hours)
    • Review with you right now
    • Handover of keys and closure of service

In the case of self check-out, if any damage is detected, it will be communicated later and managed through your card.

Once the camper has been checked:

  • If everything is in order → the bail is released
  • If there is any damage or incident → it will be reported and the corresponding charge will be applied

In case of an incident:

The deductible is the maximum amount you would have to pay in case of damage to the vehicle.

  • You can reduce it with extras:

The lower the deductible, the greater the peace of mind during your trip.

In case of an incident:

  • The cost is assessed through a quote/workshop
  • We will inform you before making any charges.

The deposit is a guarantee associated with your booking.

    • Bail 800 €
    • It is blocked or managed as a guarantee for the vehicle.
  • Flex and Top
    • They do not require a traditional bond.

In these cases, if there is any damage or incident, it will be handled directly by charging the card, after assessment and communication with you.

  • The camper is checked after its return
  • In self check-out, the review is done later.
  • If everything is correct → no charge is made
